A homeless man’s life lights up when he’s befriended by a mysterious little girl who can appear and disappear at will…
JOLLY FRIENDS FOREVER MORE was supported by Cinereach and the REACH Film Fellowship, an annual program that supports emerging filmmakers. It was also the recipient of an Eastman Kodak grant, and was shot on 16mm. In keeping with the Cinereach mission to support artful, socially relevant work, the film is an exploration of public perceptions of homelessness and mental illness.
The film was released online on May 2, 2012 in conjunction with a write up in the Huffington Post by Culture Collective founder and director, Jacob Devaney.
