Film foundation and production company Cinereach hosted its 4th annual “Reach Out” event Wednesday, marking the culmination of its 2011 Reach Film Fellowship for emerging filmmakers making “vital, artful short films.” Cinereach screened films by outgoing fellows Matt Bockelman (“You Have the Right to an Attorney”), Nick Paley (“Open House”), Kaz Phillips Safer (“Jolly Friends Forever More”) and Nancy Schwartzman.
